Pale, some haze, thin head, a bit on the plasticy side, and finishing quite boozy. So this is a chaotic mess.

On tap at Mariner, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some spicy Belgian yeast, coriander, and a touch of esters. Flavour is much the same, with spicy Belgian yeast, gentle esters, not too much sweetness. Huh… this is actually pretty solid—doesn’t fall victim to the usual problems that North American brewers usually fall victim to in this style. Solid!

On tap at Mariner. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Nose is herbal with cracker malts. Flavour has spicy Belgian yeast, coriander, dry grass, low esters. Good carbonation. This is pretty solid.

Poured from the tap @ Mariner. Clear blonde with small white head. Belgian esters with a noticeable astringency and touch of booze. The astringent character is quite unpleasant, not sure if the almost undetectable pear and honey may be causing it.

Bready and some soured milk? Clearish gold with a decent white head. Bready, bitter and just not my thing.
