This kettle sour was brewed with Citra and Enigma hops and then dry-hopped with Vic Secret. It is light in colour and body, with citrus character, subtle vinous notes, and a dry finish.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy gold with small white head. Mild lacto tartness, light citrus, subtle hops, it’s fine…

Generally, fresh hop sours are so sour, the fresh hops are wasted. This isn't my thing but at least the hops are very noticeable, unlike any other I have had

On tap at the brewpub. Aroma is soft dry detergent. Has a nice foam on top of a slightly foggy body. Flavour is an odd hop and sour beer mix, juicy but missing balance or finesse. Mouthfeel is good, sweet juice. Not bad and not great.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. Very nice aroma, fresh, fruity, notes of elderflower. Very dry, with moderate acidity, citrus peel character, and pleasant astringency in the final.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy dull orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma own loaded with lots of lacto, citrus and light floral dry hopping. Flavour is loaded with yogurty notes, with subtle floral dry hopping and citrus tartness. So much lacto here. Unsophisticated.
