CITRUS JUICE GUAVA DRY
Our fresh hop offering this year takes advantage of a fleeting moment that green sticky Cashmere is avalable from Bredenhof Hop Farms in Abbotsford. We loaded a minivan full of Cashmere straight from the farm and into one of our oak foeders. We fermented a big juicy hazy DIPA and dryhopped with pelletised Cashmere along with Idaho 7 and El Dorado. Pushing huge melon and ripe pineapple aroma, this beer rounds out with the flavor of guava and orange juice. Look for soft oak and vanilla to finish.

Cloudy, thick head, a bit murky-looking. This has a lactosey papaya milkshake note with wood tannin accents. Soft body, again the papaya kulfi sort of vibe.

Bright pineapple and sweet hops on the nose, has nice foam that needs to last longer and a hazy orange body. Flavour is bright hazy hops, sweet and fresh. Mouthfeel is oily in all the right amounts. Well done.

On tap at 33B, pours a filthy, opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy stone fruits, resinous hops, and bready malt. Flavour is very pithy and moderately yeasty, with resinous hops, yeast, and pithy stone fruits. Yeasty and pithy, but juicy and pleasant. Good stuff.
