Troubadour Imperial Stout is a real Imperial Stout, but with a Belgian twist. The beer is almost black and has a solid crème coloured head. It is a powerful beer with strong roasted fragrances. You can taste notes of chocolate, toffee and coffee, followed by a bitter aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours clear very dark ruby with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of fruit and caramel malt, with veggie notes. Sweetish flavour of fruit, caramel and malt, with bitter, hoppy and possibly roasty notes. Bitter aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Okay, enjoyable, but rather too veggielike and fruity for my taste.

Bottle, 9%. Almost black colour, clear red shine. Big stable light brown head. The flavour is roasted and fruity. Has a good salty and roasted stout flavour. Some fruit in the finish. Quite nice.
