To celebrate our 18th anniversary, we had a field day brewing a beer with 18 different grains to toast each year. All of these grains are outstanding in their field and threshed to impress even the most cereal polygamist. They are then balanced with 6 Northwest hop varietals, leading to a full, hop-forward silo-doscope of flavour. Taste the Grainbow!

Dullish and quite pale. Thin head. A bit of diacetyl, overripe fruit, pears and piney hop. Moderate bitterness but overripe fruits and slight diacetyl are issues here. A bit clunky.

Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver
Cloudy to murky blond colour. Pleasant aroma, white bread, gentle South Pacific hops, delicate tropical fruit. Medium body, with some residual sweetness, but still lean; nice malt base, white bread, gentle tropical hop; I'm less enthusiastic about the moderate pithy bitterness.
Good.

473mL can, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a medium white head. Nose is full of bitter piney hops, grapefruit rind, an a hint of caramely biscuity malt. Flavour follows through on the bitter piney hops and grapefruit rind. There is just enough sweet malt to back. Quite a nice bitter west coast citrus bomb. Very good.

Candied orange and caramel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bitter and perfumy pine with some grapefruit. Long bitter finish.
