Draught at the brewery
Blond colour, hazy. Strong funky notes, lightly vinous aroma, lemon. Smooth, moderately sour, it has both citric and acetic acid notes, and a funk character. Nice cheesy yeast funk and astringency in the finish.
Very good.

Slight haze, light amber. Just a touch of head. Aroma mixes toastiness, a touch of brett and a bit of lacto. On the palate these elements make less sense together...big time cheesy, and the sour/wild elements are actually really mild. If we assume the toastiness comes from the treatment then that makes little sense. Doesn’t come together.

Dirty estery notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured bready notes with a long finish.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of wood and subtle wild yeast. Flavour is well-balanced, with a fairly subtle blend of wild yeast and woody barrel. Not the deepest BA beer, but it's very well-made.

Brett yeast on the nose and nothing else. Has a soft yellow body, little foam. Flavour is sweet grain with brett yeast on the back end. Dry mouthfeel. Okay, could be better.
