Chestnut color with medium beige head. Aroma: dominated by sour cherry notes with a touch of caramel and roasted malt. Taste: sour cherry, tart, oak barrel, light roasted notes. Medium body, moderate carbonation. This is good, not super complex but balanced.

Thuis uit een flesje. Donker roodbruin van kleur, goed beige schuim. Al redelijk wat zuur in de geur, maar niet te heftig. Smaak licht zoetzuur, neigt naar wat meer zuur in de nasmaak. Die nasmaak is helaas wat waterig.

330ml bottle – Pours a clear dark brown colour with a small frothy beige head. The aroma is malty, light vinegar and sour cherries. A moderately sweet to light sweet taste, caramel, light vinegar and sour cheery flavours with a drying light tart finish.

Vlaams Rood/Bruin fan van! Deze is me wel te lafjes, iets te weinig zuur. Maar gaat wel met gemak achterover.

33cl bottle. Pours deep brown, somehow reddish, with slightly abundant whitish foam, fine grained. Aroma is delicate of wood, barrel ageing, very lightly acetic. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is fairly bland, with some subtle acidity. Final is short.

Complex aroma of oak, porto, raisin, cherry, caramel and chewing gum. Sweeet and sour flavor with chewing gum, some oak and grapes. Well made Flemish brown.
