bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine media persistenza, colore mogano limpido, al naso non promette tanto bene lieviti frutta matura note legnose e di zolfo, in bocca si rifà zucchero di canna spezie amarene, acida, carbonatazione forte, corpo leggero, amaro leggero. Una birra molto particolare. L’aroma e l’acidità potrebbero non piacere. Io l’ho trovata molto buona equilibrata e facile da bere. Comprata da Luppoli e Uva – Varese 09.02.1

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of strange sour-ish, wet grain, sour wash cloth, sour grass, minerals, sulfur, popcorn, weeds, hints of mild vinegar. Taste is sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sour grass, minerals, wet grain, sulfur, bark, harsh hay. Little bitterness, sour-ish harsh mouthfeel. Crap!

Ein Bier mit ordentlich Säure. Aber da das angeschrieben ist, ist das ja auch ok. Es hat einiges an Fruchtaromen besonders nach Kirsche zu bieten. Kein klassisches belgisches Bier und auch kein süßes Kriek, aber trotzden interessant. Es geht in Richtung Rodenbach, ist aber nicht so vollmundig wie dieses.
