Power tasting at Salesforce; corked bottle
Hazy/cloudy golden colour. The smell is a bit funky, a bit floral. Slightly sour, mild funk touch. I'd like this not be called Bière de Garde, but it's a good beer.

White wine grape and bready notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light soured white grape and some citrus rind. Very nice.

750ml bottle (thx, Francis A.!) at Sales Force. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky with a fermented honey notes. Taste: along the same lines, moderately sour, quite smooth. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a medium white head. Aroma is quite funky, with floral notes, wild yeast, rustic notes, and fermented out honey. Flavour is pleasantly tart, with fresh wildflower, tart citrus, rustic saison yeast, and wild yeast. The wild yeast permeates this beautifully, with enough expression of the wildflower and tart citrus to add further complexity. Excellent.
