Brewed with our friends at Culmination Brewing, Fruitburst is a beer erupting with tart tropical fruits.

We’ve used a light wheat base and pumped it full of guava, peach and passionfruit purées shipped over from Culmination’s home state of Oregon. The result is a juicy burst of fruit with a tangy kick.

Gweilo x Culmination Fruitburst 5.8% 15 IBU Mellow brassy gold in color with a wispy head and deep tropical flavor. The taste is lightly tart guava. Fantastic, if you like guava juice you’ll love this tart fruity dipper though it is more cocktail than beer like. I kind of wish I had this in a tiki glass with a little umbrella...

Tasting at Matt's, can
Cloudy blond colour. Guava smell, seems a bit like kitchen and BO. Lean body, light residual sweetness, very light acidity, it's very fruity, the passion fruit seems more evident in the beginning.
Nice, very fruity.

Small can at Matt's. Appearance: murky pale golden with a white head. Aroma: lots of guava and passion fruit. Taste: along the same lines, a bit fruity bitterness. Overall: ok

Guava and tropical notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Nice fruity tropical notes and a long finish, solid.

330mL can, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of passionfruit upfront, followed by guava and peach. Flavour is very bright, with heaps of juicy passionfruit upfront, followed by guava and peach. Just a hint of tanginess -- little sweetness. Really like the fruit in here. An excellent fruit beer.
