Draught@TCBW2023. Red colour with a small pink head. Aroma is blackberries, some floral tones with a bit wooden elements as well as some slight raspberries with quite tannin like dry wooden elements too. Flavour is fruity, some red berries, mild red wine tannin like tones with raspberries and some slight acidity to it.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours cloudy red with a low pink head. Aroma is complex sour malts with berries. Flavor is complex sour malts, oak, berries. Quite tasty indeed.

Poured from bottle at Masonry FHF. Bright red with small white head. Lots of raspberry, hint of oak, nice sour.

750ml (thx, Alex Ch. for keeping this for so long during the first 3 ways of COVID) @ home with Andrey celebrating his birthday. Appearance: dark golden with a white head. Aroma: fermented raspberries, oak, some acidity. Taste: along the same lines, quite sour, a bit dry aftertaste. Overall: this one is a bit too acidic for me, wish it would be a Saison with raspberries, not a Sour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear bright red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of a jammy raspberry with a bit of funk and light tart raspberry. Flavor has more sour raspberry with a hint of flora and a touch of light grain underlying.
