SACRED GEOMETRY is a blend of various oak aged, mixed fermentation beers. After blending, it was racked on top of a large amount of fresh Raspberries from Spooner Farms in Puyallup, WA. It then went through a secondary fermentation on the fruit in freshly emptied red wine barrels.

Bottle shared with friends. Bright reddish with small, white head. Raspberries left, raspberries right and raspberries middle. Not too funky, but with a nice citrusy tartness as well.

750mL bottle, pours a bright reddish pink with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out red wine barrels upfront, with tart red berries, and oak. Flavour is deep, with lots of deep raspberries, moderate tartness, oak, and some red wine. Beautifully cohesive and complex. Another gem for HM.

Bottle 750 ml courtesy of Frederico. Shared with others at Arrogant Sour. Unclear red, white head. Beautiful, lots of berries, funk, barnyard, some barrel. Some sweetness, medium sourness. Medium bodied.

From bottle at Arrogant Sour 2019, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Dark red, hazy body, with a tiny, pinkish head.
Aroma with loads of jammy raspberries, moderate wood and vinous notes.
Tastes similar, a bit sweeter, while also very jammy.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium acidic, a bit sweet, quite dry, wooden, a bit vinous, with jammy raspberries, some green apples.
Tasty! Loads of fresh, jammy raspberries, the wine barrel is quite subtle. Still with quite a lot of depth and some vinous character towards the finish. Once again a greatly balanced, characterful one by Holy Mountain. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17
