Taster at Wildcat, Busan. Lightly cloudy, dark red to very dark brown colored. AROMA- roasted, strongly pecan nuts, chocolate, caramel, peanuts, pine cone. FLAVOR- very smooth, slightly sweet, slightly bitter, chocolate, caramel, nuts, pine seeds. Medium bodied. Tasty.

On tap at The Ranch Brewing - Eulji-ro, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt with a trace of pecan character. Flavour is very dry, almost burnt, with roasted malt and burnt essence of pecan. Not a thing of beauty — too burnt and lacking balance and integration. Needs work.

Dark roast and nutty notes. Jet black with a small white head. Nutty, bitter and sweet. Much too thin for a stout.
