On tap at Garosu, pours an amber-tinged dark brown with a small tan head — too see-through for an impie stout. Aroma is extremely light, with soft toasted malt — not much else. Flavour is deceptively light — the palate is thick and creamy, but the flavour is fairly neutral, with medium toasted malt and bitter cocoa on the finish. Creamy palate but not much flavour depth, and a bit astringent on the finish. Not a great impie.

Toasty, a bit sour, definitely light for the style. Not great. Ok well this brewery needs help.

Roast and some toast with chocolate and coffee. Jet black with a rich light brown head. Roast and coffee with some dark chocolate. Decent.
