Dom Houblon® is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between two of Hong Kong’s most innovative and highest rated breweries - Young Master and Heroes Beer Co., it is an extra dry Brut IPA. With finishing gravity of 0 plato (under 10g/L of residual sugar), minimal bitterness and a heavy dry hop featuring Ahtanum, Mosaic and Ekuanot hops, the brew is bone dry, lemony, fruity and thirst-quenching.

Nice citrus peel. Clear gold with a decent white head. Citrus peel, light lemon and a bone dry crisp finish. Solid.

On tap at Kowloon Taproom, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out the brut yeast upfront, with restrained piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with lots of brut yeast drying this out, biting grassy hops, and crisp crackery malt. Now this is a well-done brut IPA. Still got hops to if, the yeast is used well, and it's got depth. Excellent.

Young Master x Heroes Dom Houblon 6.6% Brut IPA Cloudy Copper gold with a foamy head and big dry-hop aroma featuring stone fruits. Medium bodied but finishing dry, this is a really solid beer.

Can from Brewcraft at home. Also had at Second Draft over the weekend. Almost clear golden pour with thin dense white head - looks a bit like a lager. Aroma is lemon zest and melon, very much what I associate with loral and eukanot, with some dankness underneath from the mosaic maybe. Really good. Taste is big lemon melon and dank hops, with a frothy bitter bite. Incredibly dry finish. Lasting melon. Not usually a huge fan of that loral/melon profile but this makes excellent use of it. Dry crisp finish makes it easy to keep sipping. Fantastic beer. One of my favorite beers from HK so far. Will buy more tomorrow.
