Light white grape. Clear copper with a decent white head. Soured vegetal notes and a long finish. Dry, but just not really interesting.

330mL bottle at 99 Bottles, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently wine yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is salty and lacto-y, tasting more like a gose with all salt, followed by lacto, and wine yeast. Very salty and citric. Not overly well-constructed, but it's alright.
