Flaske 0,33l kjøpt på bryggeriet. Delt med Rune under sammenkomst i Skibotn 16 Sep 11. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum. Litt pepper i nesen.. Smaken er litt frukt & litt malt. Undertone av alkohol. Søtt helhetsinntrykk.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Huge, frothy white head, unclear, pale golden body content. Dry, sweet fruity nose, perfumed. Taste of wheat-like fruits added by spices and candy sweetness. Rounded on the swallow. Medium bodied, masked alcohol. Has got some entertainment value (the Skibotn session, 16.09.2011).

2/3 glasses formed a head, mine didn’t. Fruity aroma with apricot and hints of wheat and yeast. Flavour has apricot, aftertaste has some alcohol. Too much CO2 in the palate and too much alcohol.

Bouteille 33cl @ 3F. Dorée, blanche. Une bière au malt léger avec note e levure dans le style belge avec un alcool qui reste intéressant et donne vie à ce breuvage. En effet, je m’attendais à une bière banale, mais qui se voit prendre un profile en bouche qui est très agréable. Amertume est légère avec une bonne note de grain et de malt cara. Arôme reste un peu en retrait mais est largement compensé par un fini en bouche qui est agréable. Cette bière rappelle presque une bière d’abbaye, venant peut-être de la levure utilisée ou du houblon.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Oranges, peaches, hints of milky sourness and some nail polish remover hints. Sweet on the palate, full-bodied and a bit flat. Peaches dominates the flavor, and the sugary sweetness chimes in as a backdrop. Slightly alcoholic too. Decent bittermess in the end. Hmm, I can’t really say I love this one, it’s too unclean for that, but I sort of like it anyway. 110621

Big offwhite head. Hazy opaque deep yellow body with carbonation. Bready fruity spicy aroma, mild and harmonic. Dry-sweet bready spicy herbal taste with mealy floral notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry delicate floral peppery aftertaste with mealy notes. Very nice and drinkable. A real session beer. (0.4l draft at the brewery.)
