On tap at Jester King. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a slight funk note with musty grains and a touch of tart fruits. Flavor has similar notes of musty grains with a bit of sweetness and shiny of tartness.

Draft @ Trion. Sweet fruity malt, light Belgian yeast aroma. Hazy golden straw with a moderate white head. Sweet banana, Belgian yeast, and alcohol flavor. Medium body, flat carbonation.

Very hazy gold beer. Small white head. Light dry palate. Tripel like sweet malts and spice. A little citrus, well buried. Dry finish. Over dry and spicy and no real balance.

Bottle from 3F bottle shop. It pours clear golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is sweet fruit... yellow plum, nectarine and banana as well as dough, spice and faint butter. The taste is grass, straw, spice, dough, some bitterness, unripe banana, yellow plum, white sugar and alcohol, with a very dry finish. Light-medium body and lively carbonation. Not really enough body to carry the alcohol. Run of the mill blonde Belgian ale.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours gold with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma of mixed light stone fruit and mild yeast/spice. Full bodied. Flavor is very light stone fruit, with some fruit sour, maybe a hint of banana ester, and some earthy/spicy bitterness. Finishes mouth smackingly tasty. Partly because it seems a bit astringent. No regrets. Good brew.

0.33l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. Pours a cloudy golden-honey one, lots of floaters and a small sidesticking just off-white head. On the aroma this is not extreme. I get some sweet corn, light yeasty fruits, hints of oranges and spices. It's average carbonated and it has a light oily texture. Flavors are at first a bit almost dry. Then light malty-sweet mixed with a soft sourness as well. I also get some mild alcohol and yeasty fruits here. A lasting - almost stingy alcoholic aftertaste. Nice enough, but not something I have to try again. 16.06.2012

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, some hints of alcohol, but not too much. Interesting fruity notes, a bit sourish background. Finish well balanced, fine spicy. Good beer!

33 cl. Bottle @ home / purchased @ Streekproducten store in Halle: crystal-clear light amber with a big fluffy / creamy white head, smells sweet, fruity, peachy, flowers, sweet grains, slight floral hops, tastes bitter, slight fruity, flowers, touch caramel sweetness upfront, plenty of esters, grains, plenty of pils malt, yeast, bitter herbal finish, yep definitely herbal, almost a dash of mint, bitter Saaz hops (not my favourite), all the while you get this fruity sweetness, weird mismatch of this kind of herbalness I am not too fond of & slightly weird sweetness / light, almost going to strong carbonation / label humoursly (?) states that this is made with the same ingredients as lambic, water, hops, yeast & malts / okay Belgian pilsner type of thing / has its reasons & merits but I cannot say that I am crazy about this or rather good but it is like mint chewing gum, good & interesting taste but far away from what my pallet really prefers

Bottle marked 29/06/12. Pours with a hazed lighter golden-orange hue with a large white head. Aromas are musty, honey, lightly stale malt, orange peel, floral, rosewater, bready, pear, apple and orange esters. Very low peppery phenol, biscuity as it warms. Flavors are bready and biscuity malt, bitter, grassy, faded hops, orange, grand manier notes, belgian, estery yeast. Medium alcohol, light malt, dry. A nice BGSA. Somewhat Duvel-esque. Mild peppery phenol, a touch astringent, boozy, warming with some mineral character. A touch of salinity, faded hops. Lively bubbles, lower body, warming and dry.
