We brewed this light, bright beer last winter. We dry-hopped it and then left it to bottle and keg condition with brettanomyces all spring and summer, increasing in both complexity and carbonation until it became the beer we felt you deserved.
Mirth is brightly herbal with notes of hay and spice, with a bit of barnyard funk. Its elevated carbonation demands that you pour it in a glass and makes it an excellent pairing for barbecued meats.

Smells of dry grains with notes of an old Belgian shirt. Has a nice clear yellow body with a little foam. Flavour is soft yeast, sweet grain and nothing much else really. Refreshing anyway. Well made but unremarkable.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy pale blond colour with generous head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, light sweat. Dry mouthfeel, on the weak side; strong yeast character, light juniper, but also some astringency; lightly lemony but also lightly vegetable.
Decent farmhouse beer.

Taster shared with Alex. Appearance: slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky, a bit fruity. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: this is like Belgian Saison with Brett added, not bad.

Light funk and a touch of cheese. Cloudy pale yellow gold with a rich white head. Funky, touch of glue and a light finish.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, gentle funk, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, wild funky notes and biscuity malt. Quite funky and wild. Good stuff.

Yellow, with a massive whipped haedd. Bright. Quite dry, just a touch of brett. Sweet pale malts in the finish. Solid, though I'd definitely prefer more brett came through.
