Pale yellow/green color. This one comes across as dry and a bit simple. The apple character is fairly tart, green, and straight up apple without much nuance. That's perfectly reasonable for apfelwein, don't get me wrong, but it's not my favourite.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma reveals tangy apples, a little citrus, and grape must. Flavour is dry and tangy, with tart citrus, crisp apples, some gentle wild character, and a bit of vinous character on the finish. Fairly dry, with a nice gentle vinous character that lingers. Very good.

Pours a weak light yellow-white with no foam. Soft sweet apple on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is vinuous apple, vinegar notes, tartness. Full mouthfeel with good tannins lingering. Yet a little too simple, nothing stands out here.
