Dry and crisp on the palate, with a just enough of a gentle kick from aromatic hops to separate it from the rest, you’ll find your flavour exploration approachable and satisfying.

Clear light gold body and okay foam. Not bad sweet grain on the nose, vague hops. Nice chewy grain flavour, cereal notes, ends with lingering grain and good carbonation. Not bad but I was hoping for more hops.

On tap at Category 12, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some herbal hops, a touch of grass, and straw. Flavour is bright and herbal in the hop department, with a solid grassiness, some straw, and lightly sweet cereal graininess. Balanced well, with good hop brightness. Would prefer it to be spicier and crisper, but this is well-made.

Citrus and some cracker notes. Clear gold with a small white head. Citrus and crisp and clean but none of the hallmark notes of a pils.
