Corked bottle from Parallel 49
Cloudy pale yellow, with no head. The apricot aroma and flavour is strong; unfortunately the acidity is also too strong, resulting in an aggressive and unbalanced beer.

500ml at Alex's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: sour, stone fruits, funky, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines with lots of stone fruits, moderately acidic, some lacto. Overall: pretty good.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy orange with a tiny white head. Nose is full of intense sour apricots, lots of acidity, and a touch of oak. Flavour is intensely acidic, with lots of apricots, intense acidity, and gentle oak. Way too acidic and kind of amateurish — becomes difficult to drink after more than a couple of ounces.

Fresh apricot and skins. Cloudy yellow and gold with a small head. Very tart apricot and a dry finish.
