Dark straw colour, well carbonated with fluffy snowwhite head, some lace. Baked nose, as frying fat for sweet pancakes, waffles, etc., some (coloured) malts. Toasted taste, again a bit frying fat (fatty acid?), sweet and malty. Light body, bit slick. Well. Ho-hum, but interesting to have had. The bottle on the pic at left is a lot older - modern style label now. Thanks to the kine of my wife!

Bottle. Pale beer with a light head. The aroma is yeasty, dry and vinous and the flavour is malty, sugary, slightly watery and lightly bitter. Overall a plain beer.

Slightly hazy pale, no head. The aroma is sweet, corny and slightly gluey. Bland, sweet and a little bit fruity. A bit of a clunker.
