750ml @ Brian's. Appearance: cloudy blonde with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma: funky, fermented apple, some sweetness, dryness, some apple seeds. Taste: along the same lines, quite carbonated. Overall: pretty pleasant.

750mL bottle at Creek & Gully, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny head. Aroma is bone dry, with mustiness, and crisp apples. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of barnyard funk, lots of must, and champagne-like dryness. Bone dry and musty. Pleasant.

Pours a nice foggy off yellow with good initial bubbles and strong natural carbonation. Smells of tannins, pineapple, dried apple, slight pastry hints. Flavour is subtle chmpagne and sweet apple, leaning towards more sugar. Full mouthfeel, good tingling. Well rounded and nice to drink, competently made.

Yellow apple and some light sulphur. Cloudy gold. Bright light apple skin with some acidity. Dry and pineapple notes.

Cloudy, dullish yellow. Light fruity, clean apple. Fun, unique character, as they are using good techniques but with eating apples.
