750mL bottle at Creek & Gully, pours a hazy blonde, almost no head. Aroma is dry and musty, with hay, mustiness, and barnyard funk. Flavour is bone dry, with barnyard funk, lots of mustiness, hay, and crisp apple skins. Carbonation is moderate. Pleasant stuff.

Okay gone too fast foam and a nice cloudy yellowy green body. Smells softly of green apple with low sweetness, nothing else though. Flavour is bright apple with some tartness, not sugary, almost vinegary. Mouthfeel is nice and acidity works well. Smart and well balanced.

Light funk and a touch of sulphur. Cloudy yellow with no head. Citrus, light apple, bright carbonation and a dry finish.

Bottle. Cloudy and very pale yellow. Some tannins and sulphur on the nose, with a mellow apple notes. The same sort of sulphur and eating apple on the palate.
