500mL bottle, pours a clear pale faded pinkish colour with a tiny white head. Nose is delicate, with tannic notes, soft berry skins, and a bit of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with a beautiful champagne character, chardonnay, gentle berries, and crisp apple skins. Complex, with a nice oaky berry character. Excellent.

Nice rosé body with minimal foam and heavy carbonation, well balanced mix of cider and berry on the nose. Flavour is tart berry and okay apple, slightly dry, well melded here. Crisp finish. Decent mix, very drinkable.

Pinkish colour, no head of course, and a bit hazy. Big apple juice nose, with light berry accents. The apple is the most prominent on the palate, and the berry just minimal. Fairly sweet, some residual sweetness. I wouldn't say this is my favourite - needs some acidity or tannins for balance.

Growler - Candied red berry and red apple. Cloudy bright pink red with a small white head. Red skins, light tannins, good acidity and a nice candied berry note.
