Deliciously tart wild ale with a brilliant red tone blended from 1-3 year old barrels of our house mixed culture ale. Blended onto whole Bing cherries from our friends at Diamondback Acres in Chelan, WA.

Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark orange to copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then leave some light lace
Aroma: peachy flesh and skin, apricot flesh and skin, semi-tart with a touch of sour underscored by a sly sweet tone; sweet grassy hops further underneath
Flavor: moderates a slight gentle blend between the sweet to sour to tart of the peaches and apricots; light finish of the peachy and apricot blend
Texture: between light and medium bodied, surely a sipper; some tart harshness is invasive to the tongue
Overall: I'd say a pretty nicely sour/wild fruited ale, I'd have again.

Ugly dull. Thin head, ew.. fuck off aroma with butter and fuck off. Tart, ok fruitiness. Less horrid than the nose.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense bright apricots upfront, with light oak, and some wild yeast. Flavour is loaded with bright apricots upfront, with light wild yeast, and some oak. Lots of apricots. Very nice.
