Dullish, a touch murky, smells really oxidized. A miss for me, although I worry they brought it out as an old beer (then again, I saw it on the shelf at a good store not so long afterwards).

Draft pour to a tulip at Hop and Hound. Described by a person drinking the beer here as liquid carrot cake, so figured I would give it a go. Dark caramel copper pour. Thin, oily head. Rich malts on the nose. Flavor doesnt exactly scream carrots for me, but it certainly has an autumn feel. A unique taste in the prime of summer. Sweet malt lingers, but it is somewhat dry on the finish. Tasty brew.

Ketchup and light spice. Clear copper with a small white head. Spice and ketchup with a little caramel.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear dull orangey brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out roasted chestnuts, with oak and some wild yeast. Flavour is quite nutty, with earthy notes, wild yeast, and funky stone fruits. Nicely constructed, with a tart, earthy and nutty finish. It's solid.
