Fresh local apple juice was pressed and then local Naramata Syrah skins were added and co-fermented over 6 months. Classic Syrah/Shiraz pepper on the nose. Tart berries, tobacoo and savory herbs on the palate lead to a clean dry finish."

Very pale, clear. Interesting vinous note w light apple, an even blend, prob too much grape, a bit clashy.

Apple and red fruit. Pale red with no head. Red apple and a very light finish.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear pale pink, no head. Aroma brings out light red grape skins and a touch of funk. Flavour is quite peppery, with red wine grape skins, and some vinous notes. There's something not quite dialed in right here. It's alright.
