Debauchery 2.0 // This Imperial Bourbon barrel aged stout will knock your socks off with its House of Funk coffee infusion! Aged for 4 months in Basil Hayden bourbon barrels, then conditioned with ridiculous amount of our house roasted coffee blend of Kenyan and Brazilian beans.

On tap at The Magnet, pours black with a small beige head. Nose is full of decadent coffee upfront, with light bourbon, and medium roast. Flavour is loaded with lots of coffee upfront, with a touch of bourbon and medium roast. Lots of beautiful coffee. Excellent.

Poured from the tap @The Magnet “w/HOF Coffee & Cascara”. Near black with tan head. Intense roasty espresso aroma, bitter espresso with a subtle sweetness (probably from the cascara) and just a hint of chocolate and barrel. Alcohol very hidden. Dangerous.

Intense burn roast. Jet black with a small beige head. Nice coffee, some rich sweetness and a thick body. Solid.

Black. Just a thin head. Big fat coffee aroma, soft and sweet. Vanilla evident, rich and chocolatey. Nice balance, blast of alcohol kicking in. Solid stuff.

2019-07-05, draught at the brewery, as "Debauchery V2: Coffee + Cascara", 7-4-8-3-15=37
Black colour. Usual Debauchery, roasty and sweetish bit lacking a bit of real flavour depth, good chocolate; this iteration seems to highlight the coffee and the spirit, but the coffee smell is a bit stale, the finish is definitively boozy.
Good drink, not very elegant.

Black colour. Aroma of good coffee, a bit of cocoa nibs, chocolate, light vanilla; quite exciting actually. Good body strength, moderately sweet; flavour of semi-dark chocolate, touch of vanilla and coffee; despite the vanilla, at first I wouldn't notice the bourbon barrel; nice alcohol warmth.
Like the first release, it's not the most complex or rich Imperial Stout, but it seems a bit more complete.
Very good.

Taster. Appearance: almost black with a beige head. Aroma: coffee and bourbon barrel. Taste: same, with vanilla and roasted malt. A bit thin body. Overall: good one. Reminds me BC Keep the change a lot, just with more bourbon notes and a bit more thinner.
