Aroma of roasted malt, smoke, light peat, some liquorice. Flavour is roasty, smoked, light sweet, leading to a light bitter finish. Nice Smoked Porter, very quaffable.

On tap at Proeflokaal Arendsnest, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is full of rich roasted malt, potent earthy hops. Flavour seems more like a black IPAs, with earthy hops, medium roast, and a hint of smoke. Balanced well, with a nice roast and hoppy character. Pleasant.

Can 33 cl. Pours a deep brown with an orange hue and a tiny, beige head. Sweet vanilla roast aroma with a discreet whiff of smoke. Medium body, good, roasty base with some malty sweetness. Again the smoke is fairly downplayed - thankfully. Dry finish with little bitterness. 310123

Can, 6.5%. Quite powerful some, roasted with dry liquorice notes, cardboard and smoke. Black colour. Ok light brown head. The flavour is roasted, smoked, salty with a good spicy hoppiness. Also a little sweet, actually.
