Bax Bier Koud Vuur is een Porter met een rokerig karakter. De rooksmaak wordt veroorzaakt door het gebruik van gerookte en gebrande moutsoorten. Het is een donker, karatervol bier, waar je echt even voor moet gaan zitten. Koud Vuur won een Gouden Medaille tijdens de Brussels Beer Challenge 2015.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Bax Bier Koud Vuur ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, smoked, meat, bacon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet meat, roasted, bacon, thin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150116]

Bottle. Black pour, small head. Full aroma of smoke, with a little ashy bacon. Taste of chocolate malt, smokey bacon, red fruit and hops. Good beer, a brewery to watch.
