A South African White Wine yeast is utilized to fermented a base of Gala, Fuji, Red Delicious, Honey Crisp, and loads of Granny Smith apples is then blended with fresh Guava puree for a tart, zippy off-dry cider. Not from "apple wine" or concentrate.

355ml can. Pours a murky pink-gold with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Mild, sweet fruity aroma of red apple, guava and pineapple. Sweet fruity flavour of red apple, guava, pineapple and white wine in a crisp, dry, tart, green apple finish. Medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Tropical and tasty.

Apple and guava tropical notes. Cloudy gold with no head. Soured apple and light guava with a clean finish. Decent.
