Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, batch EC14-03, BB 18-04-2016, large sample. Slightly hazy amber color, big slight reddish frothy head. Aroma is slight spicy, citrus, bit caramel, bit flowery, hint of bubblegum, some cookie. Soft cookie sweetness, medium bitterness. Bit tea like. Hops and biscuity malts work together nicely. Slight metallic off-note. Nice brew, might be a bit on the older side now.

Hazy medium amber colour, small frothy white to off-white head, good retention, minor lacing. Aroma rather complex, sweet malts, caramel, bread, red fruit (red berries, raspberries), candy sugar, lemonade syrup. Mild taste, moderate carmelish sweet, light bitter, bit spicy. Medium to full body, creamy texture, bit peppery on the tongue, soft carbonation. Finish mild dry bitter, spicy notes, bit earthy. Peculiar beer but not bad at all.
