Very good foam on a light gold body. soft light cereal and yeast on the nose, warm and subtle but clean. Flavour is lemony yeast, champagne notes, strong petillant carbonation. Rustic yet smooth, enjoyable.

On tap at 33 EXP, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out apple core upfront, with some earthy notes and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is much better than the nose suggests, with a very nice rustic saison yeast character upfront - the spelt can be felt by the dryness on the tongue, along with a gentle earthy character. Good stuff.

Apple and estery notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Apple and light soft grains. A bit estery.
