Bottle, 750 ml at the brewery. Dark red with pinkish head. Red and some dark berries, subtle vanilla, grapes, vinous, medium sourness.

Dark raspberry colour and flavour to match. Not the sourest Cantillon I've had but I'd be happy to be embalmed in it before lighting the flame. Assuming that I was dead of course, bit difficult to discern these days...

Tap at Mikkeller Old Town, Tallinn. Pinky red colour and head. Sweetish berryish, beetroot aroma. Medium-bodied. Tartish, berryish, some sweetness. Sharp.

Draught@Mikkeller old town, Tallinn. Hazy red colour, small pink head. Aroma is vanilla, raspberries, tartness and some toffee. Flavour is raspberries, vanilla some wood and toffee tones. Nicely dry.

--Keg at Zum Franziskaner (as Magic Lambic), Stockholm. -- Hazy cherry red. Vanilla meets blueberry and cherry up front. Mildly tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Flavourings take the upper hand, some lambic tartness and complexity underneath, but clearly this is the least appetizing and most modernized Cantillon so far.

Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 15/10/2022 [#5.478 Global - #243 Belgium - #19 Cantillon] Cloudy red. Funky raspberry. Sour finish. Some vanilla. Next one please!
