From tap at Borefts 2019. Aroma is roasted malt with chocolate, caramel, cocoa, coffee, and mocha. Medium sweet flavour with a roasty bitterness, appropriate full body. Pretty damn tasty chocolate and coffee in this Imperial Stout.

01/07/20 Bottle from the pretty much defunct any day now, Bruisin' Ales. Bottled: 9/13/17. Ommegang anniversary glass. Brown, fluffy head, red tinge on a not quite black body. Lightly charred sugar, soft meat smoke, heavy dark bread, brown booze, stone. Tastes is old hops, brown sugar, charred coffee bitterness, burnt cookies, light whiskey, ashy finish. Low carbonation, thick but not oppressive. Alcohol is on par. Tis okay.

On tap at Brouwcaf de Molen, pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt, a little rubber, and some hoppy bitterness. Flavour is rich on the roasted malt upfront, with cocoa, wood, and a hint of rubber. Extremely thick, viscous palate. A bit brutal but it's pleasant.

Tap. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, some soy sauce, light petrol. Taste is soy sauce, chocolate, earthy, quite dry. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good, but a bit too much soy sauce.
