The aroma is peach a light grain, some soft wheat dough. Has good smooth gold body with soft foam on top. Flavour is soft peachy citrus, some strong cerealy grain. Mouthfeel is full and smooth. This is a nice saison, though I'd prefer more grain character.

On tap at Backroads, pours a fairly clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals rustic saison yeast, a touch of esters, and a touch of candi sugar. Flavour brings out the rustic saison yeast, with gentle esters, candi sugar, and a bit of champagne-like effervescence. The yeast is dialled in very well here. Good stuff.

Pale, hazy, quite phenolic and a bit on the sweet side. Not so successful, though.

Estery and yeasty with some black pepper. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Yeasty, bright and bready with a pepper note.
