This blend has been a long time in the making. It was originally bottled in November but I realized after conditioning that all of the bottles had varying unacceptable amounts of fruit particulate in them. I opened all of the bottles, re-crashed the sediment, and re-packaged. The result is as I intended, fuchsia in colour with bright flavours of strawberry, plum, cherry, and black pepper with a pleasant tannic bite.
This blend is bottle conditioned and contains 6% alcohol by volume. It was released 6/2/19 and was entirely sold out of the tasting room at Luppolo, with the exception of a few bottles to select beer bars.

Bottle at Luppolo, Vancouver
Red colour, bright, hazy. The aroma is funky, a bit farty, the fruit is strong, sour stone fruit, young red wine. Tart mouthfeel, but also so juicy, with a touch of funk, and dry astringent finish. Excellent.

Attractive purple. Bubbly head. Solid berry accent to the nose, but also a good plum as well. Tart, nice plum character, and I like the gamay notes as well. Tannins...straddling the border between beverages. A lot of fun.

Red berries with light cinnamon. Clearish red with a decent white head. Soured light red grape skins, touch of spice and a long finish. Dry and tart.

Rating #4000. 375ml bottle shared with Alex and Josh. Appearance: nice hazy purple with a rose head. Aroma: funky, fruity and barrel notes. Taste: similar, with a nice fruity character. Overall: very nice, my favorite so far along with Tranquillity. Good beer for #4000 rating.

Bottle at Weathered, pours a bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright red berries, with light wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is wonderfully fruity, with potent red berries, light oak, and wild yeast. Wonderfully potent and fresh. This is lovely.
