5oz pour at brewery. Pours clear light gold with white head. Aroma has esters, peppercorn, window cleaner. Flavour has a ton of esters and window cleaner, some peppercorn under that. This is a very poor saison.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with white head. Yeast, fair bit of pepper, a bit perfumey with some anise. Below average.

Taster. Appearance: just a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: Belgian Saison yeasts, peppery, flowery, some herbals. Taste: similar. Overall: meh.

Very perfumy and yeasty notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soft perfumy notes and light soft lavender soap.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is a total mess, with tons of anise, lots of alcohol, cotton candy and fruity esters - smells exactly how a saison should not smell. Flavour is likewise unpleasant, with pepper and anise upfront, followed by cotton candy, fruity esters and alcohol. This isn't constructed well at all. Poor.

Slight haze. Thin head. Has some estery character, a touch of peppercorn, so there's lots of sweet, sticky stuff, buried a bit under the pepper and I swear some chile as well.

Draught at the brewery
Jesus!
Smell of anise, cleaning product, floral, very strong esters. Lean and dry mouthfeel; some American Saison yeast strain, very strong, very estery, bubblegum, anise, sweet liquorice, but of sweet orange peel.
Jesus!

Soft semi-clear gold body and no head, smells of floor cleaner. Flavour is more floor cleaner, sugary citrus notes. Somewhat crisp finish. This one isn't working.
