This collab pale ale brewed with our friends at Parkside is a crisp, refreshing patiosaurus of a beer. Made with Superior Pilsner, Carapils & Munich malt then hopped with Amarillo, squeezed full of lime juice & lemon peel, kicked with a perfect pinch of salt and dry-hopped with Citra & Centennial to make you think Summer's come early.

Pale. Thick head. The aroma has a lot of spice, tasty lime accents. Just enough bitterness, light salt, nice balance.

Milky white orangr body, modest head. Sharp sour citrus on the nose, seems lemony. Flavour is mellow lime and lemon, soft grain, a bit of salt. Definitely refreshing, not overly fruity, pretty nice for a hot day.
