Tasting at Erik's, bottle
Hazy red copper colour. Cherry and currants are a good combination, their presence here is heavy, the acidity is moderate, the mouthfeel is smooth and highly carbonated.
Very good.

Dusty cherry notes. Clearish bright red with a decent white head. Soured cherry and currants with a dry finish. Decent.

On tap at beer junction west Seattle pours out red pink color topped with a small pink head. Nose is a nice mix of raspberries cherries and barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit mix and a tart funk balance.
Smells like medicine/overly brett, nicely sour cherry and raspberry upfront, intriguing bretta bomb.

On tap at Urban Family, pours a cloudy pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out tart cherries, with light raspberries, and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart cherries, pithy raspberries, and wild yeast. Exquisitely complex, with a wonderful blend of fruits and wild yeasty. Lovely.

Bottle thanks to Sarah! Pours a slightly hazy pinkish red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of of earthy cherry supported by a light tartness, earthy grain and light oak. Flavor has tart cherry and earthy currant with a bit of bread backing.
