Soaring off Mt. Seven on world class thermals, high above the Columbia wetlands, is a radical experience. It inspired us to create Launch Pad, blending pilsner and rye malts, Noble hops and Belgian yeast. Are you up for it?

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber-copper with a small, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, spicy rye, Belgian yeast, earth, a hint of banana and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, toffee, spicy rye, brown sugar, Belgian yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a sticky, syrupy texture and soft carbonation. Malt forward and tasty.

Darkish amber, thin head. Sweet malt nose, on the palate it’s, different. Not necessarily im a way I like, though. Sweet sticky again, lots of chewy rye, quite phenolic. For me these Belgiany ones are too sticky.

Semi-cloudy copper body and okay foam. Lots of rye malt on the nose, slightly bready, tart yeast. Taste is mellow sweet cracker and vague lemony hops, carbonation helps. Clean and easy.

On tap at Whitetooth, pours a clear amber / chestnut brown with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out spicy rye, with caramel and bready notes. Flavour is sweet and spicy, with caramel, bready malt, and spicy rye. Lightly estery and sweet on the finish. Very good.
