Red Bridge Pale Ale is a classic North American style pale ale using Cascade hops from Topp’s Hops in Abbotsford. We use Simpson’s Crystal malt and a Belgian Biscuit malt to balance the hops. There are notes of cracker, biscuit and cereal with the aroma of pine and citrus.
Brewed with Pilsner malt, Simpson’s Light Crystal, Simpson’s DRC and Castle Biscuit malt. Cascade and Columbus hops at flameout and dry hop.

Poured from 473mL can. Near clear gold with white head. Sweet biscuity malt with floral hops and mild citrus hops, wood glue character. Weird. Average.

Dullish dark tan. Medium head. On the nose, it’s got some light hop. Some piney bitterness, light orange. The malts are a bit dull, however, flabby, and not providing a good base for the hops to shine (and not shining on their own).

Soft clean malt on the nose, has nice foam on a medium copper body. Flavour is bright caramel and soft hazelnut. Medium crispness on the mouth. It's not a bad old school pale ale.

On tap at Iron Road, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is rather sweet, with candied sugar, biscuity malt and floral hops. Flavour is very clean, with gently sweet biscuity malt, some citrus, and light candied notes. A nice, unusual pale, with a sweeter-than-usual character that works well.

Sweet caramel and fruity notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Mango like fruity notes and a malty caramel backbone.
