Quite pale, bright. Interesting hop note - orange (tasting notes say yuzu), kiwi, and stone fruit. The sour base is ok, not 100% clean, but good enough to showcase this hop. Extra point for helping me learn about a new hop. Now, what’s this Eastern Gold?

On tap at Phillips, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is a lacto bomb, with tons yogurt, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is loaded with intensely yogurty lacto upfront, with plenty of tango lemon and a bit of rotting fruit character. Tangy and rotting finish. Not as good as it could be. Needs work.

Honey and sweet sour notes. Clearish yellow with a decent white head. Bready, lemon and sour. Not good.
