A Belgian beer that is huge on yeast-derived aroma and flavour. With aroma of berries, cloves, and carnival candy floss, this beer tastes mildly of banana and honey and finishes very light dry.

On tap at Phillips, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of clove, cotton candy, and banana upfront. Flavour is loaded with candy floss, banana, and clove. How is this a grisette? More like an estery, crappy hef. Very poor.

Tinned tomato and yeasty notes. Clear gold with a small white head. Funky and yeasty.

On tap at the brewery. The aroma is good peppery grains with soft chunky bread notes. Has a nice lasting white foam and a semi-cloudy gold body. Flavour is subtle grains with soft spiciness. Mouthfeel is full and somewhat sweet. This is nice and a full drinker with a bit of spice.
