Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2021-08 getrunken. Dieses helle, weißweinfarbende Sour Ale kommt mit einer deutliche Fruchtsäure daher. Am Gaumen ist die Säure recht deutlich und das Fruchtaroma eher undiffinierbar. Nicht schlecht aber Cantillon macht bessere Frucht Lambiks. Prost!

Clear dark yellow, nice white head. Sour, a bit acidic. Nice sweet rhubarb that lingers, a dry finish. Very nice. Thanks Lucas!

Bardzo dziwny, mocno rabarbarowy, umiarkowanie dziki, spora kwasnosc, nie do konca wytrawny. Ale w sumie nie az tak zajebisty jak gadaja, w sensie nie to, ze jakis lepsiejszy rocznik

Pours unclear blonde, small white head fades fast . Scent is Rhubarb, cantillon funk, less tart than it used to be. Taste is tart, very dry, rhubarb, Cantillon funk. Medium thin body, medium high carbo. Got very gentle over the years.
