1st day of Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Pours a hazy orange colour and a white-ish head with some retention. Aroma's: sour, wood, fruity. Retronasal follos this, sourness not too sharp. Flavour is sour with light bitterness. Light bodied. Soft carbonation. Some funk in the finish.

Tap at Brewdog Tallinn. Golden colour, small white head. Funky, earthy, a bit fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Funky, a bit grapefruity, rhubarb, earthy, tart flavour. Quite easy Cantillon with lots of farmhouse.

Flaska från Cantillon. Lätt disig guldfärgad med vit krona. Lätt pruttig doft där en fin syltig och saftig rabarberton kommer fram. Något lättare kropp, torr och stram. Smaken ungefär densamma. Funkig, lätt vass, snällt brettig, skal och kärnor från druvor och äpple. Snäll bitter ton och viss stallighet. Tycker kanske rabarbern försvinner något, men annars gott.
