750ml green capped and corked bottle. (5.5% ABV) 2018 vintage. Pours an unclear orange-yellow with a small, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy wheat, tart rhubarb, funky yeast, lemon peel, leather, rubber, barnyard, horse blanket, blue cheese and oak. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat, rhubarb, orange, lemon peel, apricot, blue cheese, funky yeast and oak with a dry, tart, acidic finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Excellent. Nice complexity, easy to drink. Delicious.
