0.75l bottle thanks to Cristobal37. Hazy golden body with a white head. Aroma and taste of lemon juice, pepper, grape must, wood and some mold. The sourness lasts for a long time. The carbonation is quite lively. Great beer.

On tap @ Pingvinen, Bergen. Pours hazy yellow, with almost no head. Aroma is tart notes of hay and farmhouse cellar, bretty notes of wood and slightly floral notes with musty fruits, grapes and currants, as well as tannins, earthy minerals and some nutty whiffs. Medium body, with very soft carbonation. Flavour is tart hay, barnyard and fruity brett with notes of white berries, musty apples, stone fruits and fruit pits, as well as notes of cellar, tannins and wooden notes. Lingering, semi dry bretty notes in the finish. Subtle, balanced and very quaffable.

I am so fucking out of the game I never even heard of this and thought it was brand new. Had a few samples at Snallygaster 2018. Basically, tots of sourness and acidity, that's all. Very cantillon. Who cares about the rhubarb. Fruit versions for Cantillon are better. Weird root vegetables don't do anything but bring in the coin. Out of 4 on tap at Snally, this didnt even kick first.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brygghus belgofestival. Relativt subtila rabarbertoner, lite jordig och murrig rabarber och en riktigt bra lambic med mycket funk, toner av vått gräs och en rejäl men en mjuk och rund syra. Gott!
